1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

By placing bets or participating in casino games on ber939, you accept the applicable game and betting rules in force at the time of the bet or game. ber939's sports betting rules govern the settlement of all cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and other sports markets offered on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ber939 is not obligated to cancel or amend bets once accepted.
• ber939 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, suspended markets, or events affected by circumstances outside ber939's reasonable control.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, ber939's records shall be the primary reference point. The decision of ber939's management is final in all settlement disputes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ber939 for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ber939 content without express written permission from ber939.

11. Suspension & Termination

ber939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ber939 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining eligible balances will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
